- Who can access my recordings and transcripts?
- Only you. Transcripts are deleted automatically after 30 days. No FinancIA employee accesses your data without your explicit consent.
- How does FinancIA comply with Quebec Law 25?
- 100% Canadian hosting, explicit consent before any recording, the right to erasure, a privacy impact assessment (EFVP) being prepared for filing with the CAI, and a complete audit log.
- Does FinancIA meet the AMF's AI guideline?
- Yes. The guideline takes effect on May 1, 2027. FinancIA has been built to meet it from the start: documented AI models, mandatory human oversight, and no training on your data.
